12 Days of Holiday Cocktails: Part 3

As the holiday season unfolds, there's no reason to miss out on the joyous ritual of raising a glass in celebration. Whether you're abstaining from alcohol or simply looking to offer a delightful beverage option for all, these four holiday mocktails are crafted to infuse your gatherings with the spirit of the season. From the refreshing notes of winter fruits to the aromatic warmth of spices, these non-alcoholic concoctions promise to elevate your festivities in a deliciously merry way.


For these recipes you are going to need a Cocktail Kit including a cocktail shaker, muddler and a cocktail strainer.


Berry Basil Burst:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)

  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz sugar-free simple syrup

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Diet ginger ale or Sparkling water

  • Ice cubes


Instructions:

  • In a glass of your cocktail shaker, muddle mixed berries and 3 basil leaves with fresh lemon juice.

  • Add in sugar-free simple syrup and ice, shake until well combined.

  • Add ice cubes to the glass

  • Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of basil and fresh bkackberries.


Gingerbread Cookie Delight:


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 tablespoon molasses

  • Coconut or light whipped cream

  • Ground nutmeg for garnish

  • Cinnamon stick

  • Ice cubes


Instructions:

  • In a glass, combine almond milk, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and molasses.

  • Add ice cubes to the glass.

  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg

  • Garnish with cinnamon sitck


Peppermint Mocha:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee

  • 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free simple syrup

  • Coconut or light whipped cream

  • Crushed candy cane for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a glass, combine brewed coffee, chocolate almond milk, peppermint extract, and sugar-free simple syurp.

  • Top with coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy cane.


Cranberry Rosemary Spritzer:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened)

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free simple syrup

  • Club soda, Diet Ginerale or Sparkling water

  • Fresh cranberries, lime wheel and rosemary sprigs for garnish

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Add ice cubes to the glass

  • Mix cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, and sugar-free simple syrup.

  • Top with soda and stir gently.

  • Garnish with fresh cranberries, lime wheel and a rosemary sprig.
